Usage

Place the insoles in your shoes so that they fit comfortably against the sole surface. The product can be used daily during work, sports or leisure.

It is recommended to use it for about 15-30 minutes a day for the first week. Later, the time of use can be gradually increased.

If the microsphere filler hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently shake the surface with your hands to re-distribute the filler evenly.

Maintenance

The removable cover is washable according to the fabric care instructions. The microbead filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy water. After cleaning, let the product dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air can circulate freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm seasons. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
