Usage

Place the applicator on the knee or elbow joint and secure it with the straps. The device should fit snugly, but not tight.

It is recommended to use it for about 15 minutes a day in the first few days. Later, the time can be gradually increased to 30 minutes or more as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently spread the inside with your hands to evenly distribute the filling again.

Maintenance

The removable cover is washable according to the fabric care instructions. The microbead filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy water. After cleaning, let the product dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air can circulate freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm seasons. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
