Usage

Place the applicator on the calf or knee area and secure with the straps. The device can be used while lying down, sitting or resting.

It is recommended to use it for about 15 minutes a day in the first few days. Later, the time can be gradually increased.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently spread the inside with your hands to make the filling fluffy and even again.

Maintenance

The removable cover is washable according to the fabric care instructions. The microbead filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy water. After cleaning, let the product dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air can circulate freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm seasons. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
