Usage

Put on the shorts so that they fit comfortably around the waist and hips. The product can be worn after a working day, while resting, or to reduce muscle tension.

During the first few days, it is recommended to use for about 15 minutes per day, after which the time can be gradually extended as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently distribute the inside with your hands to make the filling fluffy and even again.

Care

The removable cover should be washed according to the fabric care recommendations. The microsphere filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy foam. After cleaning, dry the product naturally. Hang or lay it down so that air can freely circulate around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warmer seasons. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
