Usage

Insert your hand into the sleeve so that it comfortably covers the wrist and hand area. The product can be used after physical exertion, after a workday, or during rest.

During the first days, it is recommended to use it for about 15 minutes per day. Later, the usage time can be gradually increased as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently distribute the filling inside with your hands to redistribute it evenly.

Recommended for:

• carpal tunnel syndrome in cases of mild symptoms

• tendinitis and tenosynovitis (inflammation of tendons and their sheaths)

• epicondylitis ("tennis elbow" or "golfer's elbow") with discomfort radiating to the wrist

Care

The removable cover should be washed according to the fabric care recommendations. The microsphere filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is needed, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy foam. After cleaning, dry the product naturally. Hang or place it so that air circulates freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm weather. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
