Usage

Place the band on the wrist and secure it with the textile fastener so that it fits comfortably on the hand. The product can be used after physical exertion, during work, or during rest.

It is recommended to start with 15–20 minutes per day. Later, the usage time can be gradually increased as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently spread the inside with your hands so that the filling redistributes evenly.

Care

The removable cover should be washed according to the fabric care recommendations. The microsphere filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy water. After cleaning, dry the product naturally. Hang or place it so that air circulates freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm weather. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
