Usage

Put on the vest so that it fits snugly around your back and shoulders. Adjust the straps to ensure a comfortable fit and to help you maintain proper posture.

It is recommended to wear the device for about 15-30 minutes per day for the first week. Later, the duration of use can be gradually increased as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently spread the inside with your hands to evenly distribute the filling again.

Maintenance

The removable cover is washable according to the fabric care instructions. The microbead filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy water. After cleaning, let the product dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air can circulate freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm seasons. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
