Usage

Place the applicator on the hip and leg area so that it fits comfortably against the body. The product can be used after sports, physical exertion or during rest.

During the first week, it is recommended to use it for about 15-30 minutes per day. Later, the usage time can be gradually extended as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently distribute the inside with your hands to evenly redistribute the filling.

Care

The microsphere filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy foam. After cleaning, let the product dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air can freely circulate around the product.

It can be dried at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm weather. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
