Usage

Lie down on the capsule and position yourself comfortably so that it envelops your entire body. The product can be used after physical exertion, a workday, or before sleep.

It is recommended to start with 15 to 60 minutes per day. Later, the usage time can be gradually increased as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently distribute the inside with your hands to evenly redistribute the filling.

Recommended for:

Care

The removable cover should be washed according to the fabric care recommendations. The microsphere filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy foam. After cleaning, let the product dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air can circulate freely around the product.

It can be dried at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm weather. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
