Usage

Place the mattress on a bed, sofa, or other flat surface and lie down so that your body is comfortably distributed over the entire surface.

During the first week, it is recommended to use it for about 15–30 minutes per day. Afterwards, the usage time can be gradually increased.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently distribute the contents by hand to evenly redistribute the filling.

Care

The removable cover should be washed according to the fabric care recommendations. The microsphere filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is needed, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy foam. After cleaning, let the product air dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air circulates freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or outdoors in the sun during warm weather. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
