Usage

Wrap your shoes so that they fit comfortably around your foot and calf. The product can be used after a day of work, after sports, or while relaxing at home.

It is recommended to start with 15-20 minutes per day. Later, the duration of use can be gradually increased as needed.

If the microsphere filling hardens due to prolonged disuse, gently spread the inside with your hands to evenly distribute the filling again.

Maintenance

The microsphere filling inside is not washable.

If cleaning is necessary, gently wipe the surface with a sponge and soapy water. After cleaning, let the product dry naturally. Hang or place it so that air can circulate freely around the product.

Drying can be done at room temperature, near a heat source, or in the sun during warm seasons. It is important that the product is completely dry before use.
